As a former New York City Special Investigator, I apply some of my
physical training from the police academy when designing a boot camp
style regimen for my clients. This high-octane approach integrates all
facets of fitness: cardiovascular health, muscular strength and
endurance, and flexibility.
We usually begin the session with a cardiovascular warm-up and then go
to circuits of weight training hitting all body parts with cardio
blasts mixed in to really increase the fat burning. Abdominal and core
training is also emphasized. The end of the sessions are dedicated to
flexibility.
I am able to tailor programs for all types of people. I have
successfully trained athletes, rehab patients, senior citizens, and
people who want to gain muscle mass or lose body fat.
My expertise has allowed me the opportunity to host fitness
infomercials and have fitness/lifestyle articles published by Columbia
University. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine,
the Senior Fitness Association and the American Council on Exercise. I
also hold degrees from the University of Virginia and Virginia
Commonwealth University, providing me with extensive knowledge of
physical therapy and nutrition.
The best part of personal training is that I get to meet new people
constantly and help them change their lives in a fun, safe environment.
I look forward to meeting you and empowering you to reach your fitness
goals!
