Philosophy
A lifelong fitness practitioner, I believe in designing an efficient and effective training program and having fun while executing it.  I integrate professional nutritional advice while leading my clients through carefully designed exercise programs to ensure optimal results.  Every work out is different.  Not only do programs differ between rehab patients and athletes, but no client will repeat a program that they have done before with me.  I also encourage open dialogue with clients so that they not only are receiving their desired results, but so that they can also learn from what they are doing so they know what to do when working out on their own.  FUN + PROPER INSTRUCTION = GREAT RESULTS!
